By accessing or using Nibulo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Nibulo is a platform-as-a-service that allows users to deploy web applications from GitHub repositories. We provide hosting, build pipelines, managed databases, and related infrastructure services.
You must authenticate via GitHub to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. You must not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
You may not use the Service to:
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel at any time through the Billing page; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee any specific uptime SLA. We may perform maintenance with or without notice. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your apps and data will be deleted within 30 days.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nibulo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or a notice in the dashboard.
